Greenstand is a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit registered and in continuous Good Standing in the State of Alaska. We operate with complete financial transparency: 95% of every dollar raised directly funds our core programs and field operations. To maintain the highest standard of accountability, our financial records are independently audited by a certified third-party CPA and made fully available to our donors below.

Our growth has been powered by initial founder-funded startup capital, working capital loans, and a sustainable revenue mix of individual donations, foundation grants, SaaS services, and generous in-kind professional and technical contributions. To protect donor and grant integrity, liabilities from working capital are paid exclusively through earned service revenues or converted into charitable donations ensuring zero philanthropic or grant funds go toward debt service.
