Sarika is our incredible HR lead. She specializes in our recruitment and contributor onboarding processes, so if you sign up to volunteer, you'll be lucky enough to meet her! Coming to us from Boston, MA with an MBA in human relations, Sarika helps us with the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. When she isn't helping us save the world, Sarika enjoys taking walks in nature and spending time with family and friends.
